Volatile yttrium, barium, and copper compounds for preparing films of high-temperature superconductors
- 1. Institute of Inorganic Chemistry, Novosibirsk (Russian Federation)
Description
New volatile adducts of barium and copper 1,1,1-trifluro-5,5-dimethylhexane-2,4-dionates and 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoropentane-2,4-dionates with 1,4,7,10,13-pentaoxacyclopentadecane and 1,4,7,10,13,16-hexaoxacyclooctadecane as well as the corresponding yttrium and copper β-diketonates were prepared. Unlike β-diketonates of alkaline-earth metals, the adducts of barium and copper bischelates with macrocyclic polyethers are thermally stable, volatile, and nonhydroscopic compounds. 11 refs., 3 figs., 4 tabs
