Description

Model of radiation stimulated redistribution of elements in alloys under electron irradiation is created. Numerical calculation of profile concentration of one element in binary alloy is carried out in the model. Estimation for vacancy and interstice mechanisms of atoms transfer in heterogenous temperature fields and non-equilibrium defects is developed. It was shown, that ionic beams in comparison with other radiations have number of advantages during its use for materials' surface layers modification
