Orbital and spin effects in low temperature magnetoresistance behaviour of alloyed Cd Te crystals

Description
The study on low temperature magnetoresistance in CdTe crystals is carried out. It is shown within the detailed analysis supplemented by numerical calculations that the observed quenching of negative magnetoresistance may not be explained only by origination of spin positive magnetoresistance
