Description

Synthesis of 2-r-5-oxo-5 H-cyclopentane-[4.5-d]-1.3.4-thiadiazole-[3.2-a]-pyrimidine has been studied and described. The reaction of nucleophilic substitution of 2-bromine-5-oxo-5 H-cyclopentane-[4.5-d]-1.3.4-thiadiazole-[3.2-a]-pyrimidine II with natrium phenyl thiolate has been studied as well. The control of reaction process has been carried out by means of thin-layer chromatography.
