Ce-Cu-In system
Description
Phase diagram in Ce-Cu-In system at 870 K (region 0-0.333 at. part Ce) and 670 K (region 0.333-1 at. part Ce) was studied using methods of X-ray phase and microstructural analyses. The existence of CeCuIn compositions (structural type ZrNiAl), CeCu2In(MnCu2Al), CeCu0.5In1.5(AlB2) was confermed. First CeCu5.1 In6.9(ThMn12), Ce1-x(Cu0.68In0.32)12Cu1-y (x=0.22,y=0.36) (NaZn13), CeCu9In2(YNi9In2), Ce2Cu2In·(Mo2FeB2), CeCu4.2In4.8 (structure wasn't determine) compositions were detected. CeCu2-xIn2-y(x=y=0.5) composition was produced in cast alloys and crystallized in structural type CaBe2Ge2
