Description

A brief survey is given of the methods of in-pile dosimetry employed in the reactors of the Federal Republic of Germany. It covers the following: determination of thermal and intermediate neutrons (activation detectors for flux measurements, activation detectors for spectrum measurements of intermediate neutrons, beta current detector, thermopile); determination of fast neutron flux; special detection methods for neutron flux and neutron fluence; dosimetry od reactor irradiation with calorimeters
