Local radiotherapy and adriblastin chemotherapy of metastasing breast cancer

In the case of local-regional relapsing and haematogenously metastasing carcinoma of the breast, the authors hold for the therapy concept of the early application of a cytostatical polychemtherapy of lower toxicity, combined with early local palliative irradiations at the rigth time. They apply Adriblastin combinations only as succeeding therapy in case of failure or non-reaction of the first therapy. The problem was now to combine Adriblastin with local palliativ irradiation.
