The response and analysis of Kuangqu digital TV authoring system unexpected incidents
Description
This paper briefly introduces the phenomenon of Kuangqu digital TV authoring system incidents, through the phenomena and problems users reflected, analyze the causes, first take a typical user to test after a successful trial, then for small-scale users, the final step for all users with implementation of this method, after a period of time using the result of user feedback, statistical analysis to prove the accident treatment success.
