Kinetic parameters of NpO2+2+ereversibleNpO+2 electrochemical reaction on smooth platinum electrode in some media

The stationary polarization curve method was used for finding the heterogeneous constant of electron exchange velocity ksub(s) and the transfer coefficient for the electrochemical process Nsub(p)O22++e reversible Nsub(p)O2+ on a smooth platinum electrode in solutions of perchloric acid, sulphuric acid and sodium carbonate. The ksub(s) for this process increases from (0.8+-0.2)x10-3 to(1.8+-0.2)x10-3 cm.sec-1 in the transition from a 1M solution of HClO4 to 1N Na2CO3. (author)
