Description

Far infrared magnetotransmission of p-type ZnSb was investigated in the 40 T range. At low temperature the transmission spectra presents a complex pattern related to impurities states. Hole cyclotron resonance appears at temperatures higher than 7 K. The measured cyclotron masses are ma* = 0.262mo; mb* = 0.179mo and mc* = 0.36mo with the magnetic field parallel to the a, b and c-axis of the orthorhombic crystal, respectively. (orig.)
