Magnetic properties of (La0.8Ba0.2)0.93MnO3 single crystal

Description
The magnetic and magnetoelastic properties of a (La0.8Ba0.2)0.93MnO3 single crystal have been studied. The magnetic anisotropy constants K1 and K2 were obtained from the magnetization curves measured using a vibrating sample magnetometer. The longitudinal and transversal magnetostriction measurements have been performed at various temperatures using three terminal capacitance technique in magnetic fields up to 12 T applied along the basic crystallographic axes
