Description
The soft X-ray spectrometer for the HT-6M tokamak is described. The chordintegrated equation of the soft X-ray spectrum emitted from the HT-6M is derived. The spectrum is estimated and the physical design of the vacuum collimator assembly is based upon the estimation. The experiment results show that the physical design is successful and the spectrometer has good performances
