Electron irradiation effect on Ti-Nb alloy structure

Description
The effect of electron irradiation on structure-phase state of Ti - Nb superconducting alloys with 25, 30 and 40 at.% Nb content has been studied. For this purpose the Debye X-ray methods and those of small-angle scattering have been used. The decomposition of the initial β-solid solution with formation of precipitations of metastable a''-phase of 120-160 A mean value has been observed
