Radiative inspection of Kiev zoo territory
Description
More then 230 soil specimens were selected from the territory of Kyiv Zoo. The distributions of most dangerous for men health radionuclides were studied. It was established that main amount of radionuclides is in upper of soil, less then 5 cm, but radioisotope of 90 Sr is distributed to the depth of 15 cm. The packet of programs for construction of radioactivity distribution maps with irregular net of points was developed. Distribution maps of full gamma-activity 137Cs, 90Sr- and 239+240Pu-activities were constructed. The results of this work had importance for recultivation of Kyiv zoo territory. 6 refs., 4 figs
