Texture of vacuum plasma-arc deposits of low-alloy chromium

Description
Low-alloyed chromium condensates obtained by vacuum-arc evaporation and deposition on copper, 12Cr18Ni10Ti steel, niobium and titanium substrates were investigated. Dependence type and texture quality of chromium condensates on structure and texture of substrate material were detected as well as thickness of coatings
