  • 1. European Organization for Nuclear Research, Geneva (Switzerland)

Description

A Camac system interfacing between an IBM 1800 computer and a high energy physics experiment at the CERN Intersecting Storage Rings is described. Camac is used for data acquisition, and also supervises and controls the experiment parameters, providing interactive displays and simplified setting up procedures
