Radon measurements using SSNTD in the region of oil and gas deposits of West Turkmenistan

Description

Profile emanation surveying using solid state nuclear track detectors was carried out in the region of oil and gas deposits of West Turkmenistan and the Kobek domed structure, for the purpose of measuring the sensitivity of this radiometric method. A decrease in the radon concentration was observed in the domed subsoil atmosphere of the structures. (author)
