Description
We consider the possibility of detection of energetic electrons from the decay of neutrons produced in solar flares. It is shown that proposed method lets us to estimate the order of magnitude of total number of neutrons with energies ≥ 1 MeV for flares with importance nearly equal to ones of June 3, 1982 and April 24, 1984. The dependence of integral electron flux per total number of neutrons for various heliolongitudes is estimated. It is shown that the method considered is more effective for eastern flares. In this case the value of Ntot/No ∼ 10-28-10-29
