Description
With the HTR module the KWU group developed a reactor concept in line with real market conditions which excels in a high measure of inherent safety features and favourable operating behaviour, as well as offering a wide range of applications. It is intended to initiate proceedings for design approval on the basis of the safety report governing industrial power stations compiled in 1985. (orig.)

Mit dem HTR-Modul entwickelte die KWU-Gruppe ein marktgerechtes Reaktorkonzept, das sich durch ein hohes Mass an inhaerenten Sicherheitseigenschaften und guenstiges Betriebsverhalten auszeichnet sowie ein breites Anwendungsspektrum bietet. Auf der Basis des 1985 erstellten Sicherheitsberichts fuer ein Industriekraftwerk ist beabsichtigt, das Verfahren zur Konzeptgenehmigung einzuleiten. (orig.)Additional details
