Description
Thermal and thermoelectric properties of n-Bi2-xSbxTe3-ySey (x ≤ 0.12, y ≤ 0.36) solid solutions were studied in the range of temperature from 80 K to 300 K. Temperature dependences were calculated from experimental data parameters, which define the merit: values of (m*/m)3/2 μ0 (m* is the density of state effective mass, μ0 is the charge carrier mobility with the account of degeneracy of electrons gas; m is mass of free electron). 10 refs., 2 figs., 1 tab
