Description
The study of the vertical concentration profile and wet deposition of cosmogenic radionuclides can give information about the vertical transport in troposphere and about the microphysical process of incorporation of aerosol particles by cloud droplets. This paper presents a numerical scheme to calculate the vertical concentration profile of Be-7 on the 30 Km height from the ground. It was obtained a good correlation between the model results and the measurements of the annual average of the Be-7 concentration and wet deposition rate at the ground level. It was made a study of the Be-7 concentration at the earth surface function of meteorological condition and latitudes. The more important processes that influence the surface concentration of Be-7 are the wet deposition and the vertical transport in troposphere. (author)
