High resolution selected ion monitoring on the MS25S

  • 1. Kratos Ltd., AEI Scientific Instruments Ltd., Manchester, (UK)

Description

The analytical value of high resolution selected ion monitoring is discussed with particular reference to the use of a small routine gcms instrument. An application of this technique to the assay of pentoxyfylline results in greater than an order of magnitude improvement in detection limits. (Auth.)
