Investigation of isomer production cross sections from 180Hf(n,2n)179mHf reaction
Description
Cross sections for producing isomeric (25/2-, 25.1d), through 180Hf(n,2n) reaction, are useful in nuclear engineering applications. The production cross sections of isomeric state with J = 25/2- and T1/2 25.1 d produced through 180Hf(n,2n) reaction are evaluated on the basis of the limited measured data. The evaluation data of isomer ratio and isomer cross section for 180Hf(n,2n) 179mHf are presented. (2 figs.)
