Study of interaction in Sc-Y-Si and Sc-Lu-Si ternary systems

By the method of X-ray-phase analysis is studied the investigation of components in Sc-Y-Si, Sc-Lu-Si ternary systems and the isothermal sections are constructed at 1070 K. The structure of the Sc-R-Si system state diagrams is considered. 9 refs.; 2 figs.; 2 tabs
