Description

Crystal structure and magnetic properties of Co-W (10-15 wt. % W) coatings electrochemically deposited on copper substrates are investigated. On the basis of investigation studied the following conclusions are drawn: the coatings consist of crystallites with textures of [001] and [100]. In their size the crystallites are close to single-domain ones. The crystallites in Co-W coatings with a [001] texture are subjected to reversal magnetization in weaker fields compared to the crystallites in [100] texture coatings. The results obtained agree well with basic concepts of the theory of micromagnetism on reversal magnetization of various structure crystallites
