Elastic sealing element

Description

Walls or ceilings of buldings inside the containment border on the containment, leaving a gap. In order to make an airtight seal on this gap, there are brackets stuck on the inside wall of the containment and the ceilings or walls adjoining it, which have a hooked arm sticking out from the point of adhesion. A removable foil-holder is connected to the arm of the bracket. A foil attached to the foil-holder overlaps with another foil placed opposite it in such a way that there is sufficient sag left after joining to compensate for heat expansion. (orig./HP)

Abstract (German)

Innerhalb des Containment grenzen Waende oder Decken von Gebaeuden unter Belassung eines Spaltes an das Containment. Zum luftdichten Verschliessen dieses Spaltes sind an der Innenwand des Containment und an den angrenzenden Decken oder Waenden Halteelemente angeklebt, die einen von der Klebestelle auskragenden Schenkel aufweisen. Ein Folientraeger ist mit dem auskragenden Schenkel loesbar verbunden. Eine am Folientraeger befestigte Folie ist derart ueberlappend mit einer gegenueberliegend angeordneten Folie verbunden, dass nach der Verbindung ein zur Kompensierung der Waermedehnung ausreichender Durchhang verbleibt.
