Neutron and X-ray diffraction study of monoclinic phase in Zr-N-H system
Description
The influence of annealing of Zr-N-H solid solution on its further ordering was studied by using X-ray and neutron diffraction methods. It was shown that after annealing of ordered phase the monoclinic phase was formed.(A.A.D.)
