Electromagnetic transition properties of Δ to proton

Description
It is shown that the quadrupole transition in the processes γ+pleft-right-arrowΔ is caused by quantum effects in the Skyrme model. Also the longitudinal cross section of ep→eΔ exists in this model. A new formula for μ/sub Δ//sub p/ is obtained. The mean-square radii of G/sub M/(q2), G/sub E/(q2), and G/sub S/(q2) are computed
