Liquidus surface of ternary mutual system CdSe + PbTe reversible CdTe + PbSe
Description
The liquidus surface of ternary mutual CdSe+PbTe reversible CdTe+PbSe system is studied by the differential-thermal analysis using mathematical programming of the experiment. It is shown that the system consists of two fields of primary crystallization: CdSesub(x)Tesub(1-x) and PbSesub(x)Tesub(1-x) solid solutions
