Pair γ spectrometer

Description

A paring gamma spectrometer is described with the resolution of 35 keV at Esub(γ)=10 MeV developed on the base of a germanium detector and a four-section NaI (Tl) scintillator. Efficiency of the spectrometer is 10% of efficiency of detecting with the single-crystal method and is equal to 0.03% in the energy range Esub(γ) from 4 to 12 MeV. Spectrometer is aimed at studying (p, γ) reactions at low and medium proton energies
