Spectral investigation of the eclipsing binary star V 367 Cygni
Description
The line spectrum of the eclipsing binary star V 367 Cygni is analyzed on the basis of diffraction spectrograms with a dispersion of 37 A/mm. The physical parameters of the star's envelope are determined by curve-of-growth methods and are compared with the results of other authors. General agreement of the results is obtained, with an increased electron pressure, evidently in the gas stream, and a chemical composition somewhat different from the solar composition (for titanium)
