The paper describes the reactor physics experience obtained with the Halden Heavy-Water Boiling Reactor operating with two different fuel charges. The first fuel charge consisted of single rods of natural metallic uranium clad in aluminium and the second of 7-rod cluster elements of 1.5% enriched UO2 clad in Zircaloy. 16 refs, 25 figs, 9 tabs
