Description

Low energy neutrino processes are ideal probes for new Physics beyond the Standard Model. Cosmological observations and rare nuclear processes can test neutrino mass scales and give definite answers to unsolved basic questions like the Majorana/Dirac nature of the neutrino. We summarize the experimental and theoretical efforts discussed in the 'Probing low energy and mass scales' session and give a short overview of the future perspectives, referring to the individual contributions for more details
