Computer simulations of a 20 gigasample/second, 500 MHz eight-bit analog-to-digital converter

Description
This paper describes the computer simulation of a realistic, manufacturable superconducting flash analog-to-digital converter which is predicted to operate with an effective accuracy of 7.36 bits on a 500 MHz since wave at a 20 GHz sampling rate. At 1 GHz the accuracy degrades to 6.48 bits
