Moessbauer study of amorphous Fe47Ni32V1.5Si6B13.5 alloy
Description
The magnetic anisotropy and crystallization of amorphous Fe47Ni32V1.5Si6B13.5 alloy have been studied by Moessbauer spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and differential thermal analysis (DTA). It was found that when annealing temperature was above 375 degree C the magnetic anisotropies developed rapidly with an easy direction parallel to the ribbon plane. The bulk crystallization starts at 500 degree C and some metastable crystalline phases were formed. At a higher temperature, one of metastable crystalline phases α-Fe (Ni) alloy disappeared first. The final products of crystallization were found to be some stable crystalline phases
