Description
Study of iron boride spectra at indoor temperature is conducted to control deformation mechanism. The study of iron boride optical spectra has proved the hypothesis on that the borides appear to be a result of a continuous change of the type of bounds from ionic to covalent-metallic one. The presence of iron boride interatomic bond polar component is obviously the reason for a decrease of crystal lattice resistance to dislocation movement and so - for an increase of high-boron alloy brittleness
