Non-equilibrium electron distribution functions at bombardment of SN-CS cathodes by fast ions

Description
The results of the experimental studies of the non-equilibrium electron distribution functions in a solid plasma of Sn-Cs cathodes at an irradiation by H+ and He+ ion beams with energies in range 1,25...2,25 MeV. It is shown that these functions in a study diapason from 5eV until 100 eV have piece-degree dependence. The obtained distribution functions have two bands that correspond the different power indicates into energy bands 5...30 eV and 30...100 eV and gave correspond power indicates for these electron energy bands. The ion-electron emission yield values for Sn-Cs cathodes there are measured
