Complete experiments to determine neutral current couplings

Description
Experiments are proposed to determine completely the space-time and isospin (or quark quantum number) properties of the hadronic part of weak neutral currents. It is also shown how various models make very different predictions on the γ(anti γ)n/γ(anti γ)p ratio as a function of x. (Auth.)
