Synthesis, physicochemical properties and forecast of pharmacological activity of new 3-mercapto-4-aril-5- (4-tret-butyl) phenyl oxymethyl-1,2,4-triazoles (4 H) derivatives

Description
The synthesis of new potential biologically active substances of the 3- mercapto-4-substituted phenyl-5 phenyl oxymethyl -1,2,4 -triazole (4 H) has been carried out. The desired products have been synthesised as result of interaction of starting 3-mercapto-4-aryl-5-phenoxymethyl-1,2,4-triazoles (4 H) with correspondent chloro acetanilides under standard alkylation conditions. The structure of the compounds synthesized has been proved by elemental analysis and NMR spectra data. Prediction of the pharmacological activity using the PASS software showed a high probability of anti atherosclerotic activities for compounds synthesized. (author)
