Renewable energy technologies exhibit the promises of plenitude and clean energy. The realization of these promises largely involve creating institutions to ensure access of RETs to grids; market infrastructure to facilitate the sale and purchase of these still-evolving technologies; and R,D and D frameworks to promote technological upgradation and adaptation to user needs.
