Nuclear momentum distributions from (γ,p) and (e,e'p) reactions
Description
This paper considers the determination of the momentum distribution of nucleons in nuclei from elecromagnetic knockout processes such as the (γ,p) and (e,e'p) reactions. Some representative empirical momentum distributions are compared with theoretical predictions. The validity and limitations of the direct single-particle knockout picture are discussed
