Quasi-localized levels in PbSe

Description
The coefficient of absorption in the 90-610 K temperature range of samples of Pb1-xInxSe composition (x=0.0003-0.003) was studied for data acquisition on energy position of the E0 level arising in lead selenide under its doping with indium. Good agreement of the calculated curves and experimental data is shown: E0=0.315+-0.010 eV
