Physical protection implemtation in the FSU
Description
This article is a non-technical discussion of material protection control and accounting measures in the former Soviet states. International agreements that led up to present activities are noted, and the conceptual development of an MPC ampersand A system are described. The goals of these programs are to reduce the proliferation of materials and weapons of mass destruction
