Contrast media in computerized tomography of the liver

Advantages of the computerized tomography (CT) method have been considered in comparison with traditional methods of radiodiagnosis. Requirements to radiopague agents (RPA) for liver CT have been formulated. It is noted that fine-dispersed emulsions of diiodiestearates are optimal RPAs for liver CT
