Electrophysical properties of solid oxygen-ionic electrolytes

Description

The effect of ferrous impurities in ZrO2xY2O3 electrolytes on their electrical and physical properties at low temperatures is considered. It has been found that the reduction of Fe concentration from about 0.3% to about 0.03% by weight can bring down the oxygenic conductivity temperature limit from 740 deg to 360 deg C
