Use of the optical model in the actinide region
Description
This paper reviews current methods as well as recent developments in the use of optical model for calculating actinide nuclear data in the incident neutron energy range from 10 keV to 20 MeV. Special consideration is given of the general role of the model, parameterization procedures with taking account of nuclear deformations, parameters sets to be recommended, and some utilization problems
