Description
Problems on nuclear power development in Great Britain are discussed. Nuclear power engineering in Great Britain enhances currently 37 power units with installed capacity of approximately 15 GW, producing 22% of electrical power in the country. Special attention is paid to construction of PWR-type light water reactors. The state of activities in the BNFL state company which is the leader in the area of nuclear fuel fabrication is considered
