Sturm solutions of two-center problem in quantum mechanics
Description
An algorithm for a computer calculation of the Sturm solutions of the two-center problem in quantum mechanics at different values of the distance R between centers when the energy E < 0 corresponds to the term of the problem in view or to a constant is developed. Formulae of relationship between spherical and parabolic quantum numbers and asymptotics of the eigenvalues in R → 0 and R → infinity are obtained. The results of calculations are presented in graphic form
