Radiation state of ground waters of 30-km zone

Description

Radiation monitoring of ground waters is conducted using regime system of observation wells and water intakes which embrace upper aquivers and a free water exchange zone of edge part of the south-west slope of the Dnieper-Donetsk artesian basin. It is shown, that dynamics of radionuclide concentrations in ground waters corresponds to season distribution of area feed at the expense of atmospheric precipitations and to vibrations of ground water levels. Concentration of radionuclides in ground waters doesn't exceed the maximum permissible level. 3 figs
