Description

The competition in Scotland to supply gas since the deregulation of the gas market is traced. The granting of price reductions for Scottish Gas customers, Scottish Gas's competitors, the setting up of an information line, the awareness programme set up by the Gas Consumers Council, the need for Scottish Gas to retain and increase their share of the market , and the link with the food retailer Sainsbury are discussed.
